This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ Compose and refine lifecycle marketing content throughout the customer journey β Early Life, In Life, Advocacy, and Retention β for merchants, ISO/Agent partners, and ISVs.
β’ Create audience-specific messaging that fosters engagement, adoption, retention, and advocacy.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive, on-brand email series, transactional communications, and operational updates.
β’ Adapt voice and tone for each audience segment while preserving a consistent Kurv brand voice.
β’ Produce product announcement content that conveys technical capabilities into clear value for merchants and partners.
β’ Write and edit Kurv's external and internal newsletters, ensuring each edition is concise, easily scannable, and on-brand.
β’ Work together with Product Marketing and Operations teams on launches, feature releases, and adoption initiatives.
β’ Aid in crafting social media content and editorial material that reinforces Kurv's positioning and supports campaign highlights.
β’ Assist in generating event-related content: invitations, signage, presentation support, follow-ups, and post-event communications.
β’ Write and edit materials for Kurv internal communications, including all-hands messaging, employee newsletters, cultural initiatives, and leadership communications.
β’ Support cross-functional teams in translating vision and updates into clear, employee-facing language.
β’ Act as a steward of Kurv's brand voice across all written channels.
β’ Maintain and enhance the Kurv copy style guide and editorial standards.
β’ Edit and refine content created by other team members and cross-functional partners.
β’ Uphold a high editorial standard for everything Kurv produces β grammar, clarity, structure, and narrative.
β’ Collaborate closely with Brand, Lead Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, and Operational teams to align messaging across initiatives.
β’ Simplify complex payments concepts (interchange, settlement, chargebacks, underwriting, integrations) into compelling copy that resonates with each audience.
β’ Oversee multiple writing projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously without compromising quality.
β’ 7+ years of copywriting experience, with considerable time spent in the B2B payments, fintech, or financial services sectors.
β’ In-depth understanding of the payments ecosystem β merchants, ISOs, agents, ISVs, processors, acquirers β and the ability to write proficiently about it.
β’ A portfolio that showcases versatility: lifecycle emails, product launches, thought leadership, social media content, long-form writing, and internal communications.
β’ Outstanding editing and proofreading abilities with a keen eye for voice, clarity, and consistency.
β’ Strong strategic instincts β you recognize that effective copy begins with audience, objective, and message, rather than the page itself.
β’ Experience writing for diverse audience segments and adjusting voice without sacrificing brand unity.
β’ Capability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects with fluctuating priorities.
β’ Excellent collaborative skills and comfort working with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Leadership.
