This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Provides administrative support and coordination for client audit activities.
• Acts as the primary contact for account management when audit requests from clients are received.
• Responsible for coordinating and/or facilitating deliverables, which includes scheduling, identifying client demographics and IDs for data collection, preparing templates, updating policies and procedures, and managing internal communications.
• Manages all Service Requests and serves as the first point of contact for inquiries by analytics concerning data extractions.
• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data criteria and reporting formats in accordance with audit requirements.
• Prepares audit deliverables and conducts an initial quality review to ensure compliance with audit criteria.
• Oversees the administration of the SharePoint site used for tracking, inventory, and recording audit-related activities.
• Supports the Manager of Client Audits, account management, and organizational Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in coordinating schedules, deliverables, communications, inventory, and reporting.
• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert to assist and/or respond to client inquiries.
• Must be capable of interacting with clients and/or auditors as directed by the Manager of Client Services.
• Develops expertise in Navitus audit practices to gain a better understanding of upstream and downstream processes.
• Administers comprehensive audit activities and processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Responsibilities also include managing detailed work instructions related to assigned duties and/or support of client audit activities.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and collaborates closely with the Manager of Client Audits to modify, test, inform, and/or implement changes.
• Assists the Manager of Client Services in subsequent Corrective Action activities as needed.
• Directly accountable for monitoring progress, updating documentation, and ensuring compliance with all monitoring activities as per CAP specifications.
• Participates in internal audit meetings, providing support in taking minutes, documentation, and other assigned tasks.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or 5 or more years of equivalent experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
• Participation in, adherence to, and support for compliance program objectives is essential.
