This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of Senior Controller within the Group FP&A team, you will serve as a collaborative partner for central corporate functions and oversee group-wide controlling processes.
• You will be accountable for the planning and forecasting activities in designated business areas, which encompass analysis, consolidation, and commentary.
• By working closely with R&D, Product Management, Marketing, People & Culture, and subsidiaries, you will manage budgets and assess performance.
• You will enhance management reports, KPI dashboards, and analyses for executive management and investors.
• Your responsibilities will include generating ad-hoc analyses and decision-making support for strategic initiatives, investments, and M&A, while also developing scenarios for cloud growth.
• You will play an active role in advancing FP&A processes, rolling out a cloud-based planning tool, and establishing group-wide controlling standards.
• A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Financial Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Corporate Finance, preferably within a technology-driven company or a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical abilities coupled with numeracy, advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with planning tools, a solid understanding of business models and processes, and effective stakeholder management across functions and in project settings.
• An independent, organized working style complemented by a strong team orientation.
• Proficient in German and good command of English for communication in an international context.
