Senior Contracts Manager – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Review, create, negotiate, and monitor various legal agreements such as confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and their amendments.

• Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations study teams, playing a crucial role in ensuring that deliverables align with established study timelines.

• Develop processes and procedures for comprehensive site contract management within the organization.

• Review, create, and negotiate a range of agreements, including site contracts, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts.

• Address and resolve complex issues with clients and internal stakeholders promptly.

• Negotiate site budgets effectively.

• Offer guidance to business teams regarding the operational implications of contract terms.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep relevant study team members informed about the status of contract negotiations and execution.

• Establish, monitor, report, and manage site contract metrics.

• Coordinate the execution of agreements and track agreement expirations and other obligations.

• Assist in maintaining contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Aid in designing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure timely execution of contracts.

• Identify areas for process improvement and take corrective actions as needed.

• Serve as a mentor and/or ambassador for new SCMs and Precision for Medicine staff.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably a 4-year college degree.

• Equivalent experience, ideally within a scientific or healthcare field.

• Previous experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO).

• Over 5 years of experience in Oncology.

• Relevant expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements and site Budget negotiations, with at least 7 years of experience.

• Proven experience in leading interactions with institutions in the US, Europe, APAC, or other regions.

• Experienced in leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
