Senior Contracts Manager – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Review, create, negotiate, and monitor a range of legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and their amendments.

• Develop processes and procedures for comprehensive site contract management within the organization.

• Assess, draft, and negotiate various agreements, encompassing site contracts, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts.

• Address and resolve complex issues with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.

• Negotiate site budgets.

• Offer guidance to business teams regarding the operational implications of contract terms.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep relevant study team members updated on the status of contract negotiations and execution.

• Establish, monitor, report, and manage metrics related to site contracts.

• Oversee the execution of agreements and monitor agreement expirations and other obligations.

• Assist in the upkeep of contract files and databases, including contract archiving.

• Aid in the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure timely execution of contracts.

• Identify areas for process improvement and take necessary corrective actions.

• Serve as a mentor and/or ambassador for new SCMs and staff at Precision for Medicine.

⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate or postgraduate degree from a 4-year college.

• Equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific or healthcare field.

• Prior experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO).

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oncology.

• Relevant experience of at least 7 years in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements and site budget negotiations.

• Proficient in leading interactions with institutions in the US, Europe, APAC, or other regions.

• Skilled in facilitating interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
