Senior Contracts Manager – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Review, draft, negotiate, and monitor a range of legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendments.

• Develop processes and procedures for comprehensive site contract management within the organization.

• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements such as site contracts, confidentiality agreements, and other client contracts.

• Identify and resolve complex issues in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Negotiate site budgets effectively.

• Provide operational guidance to business teams concerning the implications of contract terms.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep relevant study team members informed about the status of contract negotiations and execution.

• Establish, monitor, report on, and manage site contract metrics.

• Coordinate the execution of agreements and track expiration dates and other obligations.

• Assist in maintaining contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Aid in the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the timely execution of contracts.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.

• Serve as a mentor and/or ambassador for new SCMs and Precision for Medicine staff.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree, or a 4-year college degree.

• Equivalent experience, ideally in a scientific or healthcare field.

• Prior experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO).

• Over 5 years of experience in Oncology.

• Relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements and site budget negotiations, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.

• Proven experience leading interactions with institutions in the US, Europe, APAC, or other regions.

• Demonstrated experience in leading collaborations with Study Teams and Sponsors.
