This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
β’ Review, draft, negotiate, and monitor confidentiality disclosure agreements, clinical trial agreements, amendments, vendor contracts, site budgets, and other legal documents.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Clinical Operations study team to ensure deliverables align with project timelines and expectations.
β’ Facilitate interactions with North American and European internal study teams, sites, and sponsors concerning assigned agreements.
β’ Partner with supervisors and both internal and external stakeholders to address contractual issues.
β’ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
β’ Inform study team members and sponsors about the status of contract negotiations and execution.
β’ Oversee the execution of agreements.
β’ Maintain contract files and databases, including email and document archiving.
β’ Mentor and/or act as an ambassador for new Contract and Budget Associates and PFM staff.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience in contract management, preferably within a clinical research or similar industry context.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to clinical research, including Non-Disclosure Agreements and Clinical Trial Agreements.
β’ Experience in managing, controlling, and tracking the contract process.
β’ Background in contract research, life sciences, biotech, or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with interactions involving European institutions.
β’ Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a strong focus on detail.
β’ Experience in tracking the status of site contracts and budgets, along with filing and distribution.
β’ Capability to execute time-sensitive matters with accuracy.
β’ Ability to work and strategize independently or with minimal supervision.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office software and various computer applications.
β’ Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
