This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
β’ Review, draft, negotiate, and monitor confidentiality disclosure agreements, clinical trial agreements, amendments, vendor contracts, site budgets, and various other documents.
β’ Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations study teams to ensure deliverables meet project timelines and expectations.
β’ Lead interactions with internal study teams, sites, and sponsors in North America and Europe regarding the agreements assigned to you.
β’ Work alongside supervisors and both internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve contractual issues.
β’ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
β’ Keep study team members and sponsors informed about the status of contract negotiation and execution.
β’ Oversee the execution of agreements.
β’ Maintain contract files and databases, including the archiving of emails and documents.
β’ Provide mentorship and/or act as an Ambassador for new Contract and Budget Associates as well as PFM staff.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience in contract management, ideally within a clinical research or similar industry setting.
β’ At least 3 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to clinical research and managing, controlling, and tracking the contract process.
β’ Preferred experience in contract research within the life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries.
β’ Experience interacting with institutions in Europe.
β’ Familiarity with tracking site contract and budget status, as well as filing and distribution processes.
β’ Proficient in MS Office software and other computer applications.
β’ Ability to accurately execute time-sensitive matters with attention to detail.
β’ Capability to work and plan independently or with limited supervision.
β’ Ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively with others in a virtual environment.
β’ Outstanding organizational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
