This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
β’ Review, draft, negotiate, and monitor confidentiality disclosure agreements, clinical trial agreements, amendments, vendor contracts, site budgets, and other documents.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Clinical Operations study team to support administrative coordination aligned with project timelines and expectations.
β’ Lead interactions with internal study teams across North America and Europe.
β’ Oversee agreement-related communications with sites and sponsors.
β’ Address contractual issues in collaboration with supervisors and both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
β’ Provide updates to study team members and sponsors regarding the status of contract negotiation and execution.
β’ Facilitate the execution of agreements.
β’ Maintain contract files and databases, ensuring proper email and document archiving.
β’ Execute additional duties as assigned.
β’ Mentor or act as an ambassador for new Contract and Budget Associates and PFM staff.
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience in contract management, ideally within a clinical research or comparable industry environment.
β’ 3 years of pertinent experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to clinical research.
β’ Proven experience in managing, controlling, and tracking the contract process.
β’ Familiarity with interactions involving European institutions.
β’ Preferred experience in contract research, life sciences, biotech, or the pharmaceutical industry.
β’ Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Experience in tracking site contract and budget statuses, including filing and distribution.
β’ Capacity to handle time-sensitive matters accurately.
β’ Ability to work and plan independently or with minimal supervision.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office software and computer applications.
β’ Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual setting.
β’ Skill in developing, maintaining, and enhancing professional relationships.
