Senior Contracting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Barbados.

📋 Description

• Oversee the evaluation and authorization of contracts with vendors, partners, and service providers, ensuring that the terms are consistent with the company's policies and financial objectives.

• Guarantee compliance with regulatory and corporate policies, including audit and compliance standards related to contracts and financial planning.

• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams such as legal, procurement, and business operations to ensure adherence to contractual and financial regulations across international markets.

• Offer guidance and assistance to internal stakeholders regarding contract terms, financial consequences, and strategies for risk mitigation.

• Collaborate effectively with a team that is distributed across various geographical locations.

• Gain insights into the overall business to facilitate the development of reporting that enhances the understanding, analysis, and forecasting of financial trends.

• Actively engage as a team member to foster a work environment that encourages knowledge sharing, customer service excellence, quality, innovation, and teamwork.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an analyst with a concentration on business partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting/finance from a recognized university or college.

• Proficient in translating data into actionable insights through storytelling and visual representations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities necessary for effective collaboration with a geographically diverse team of colleagues and agencies.
