This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the System Administrator and subject matter expert for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software.
• Assist in the selection and implementation of CLM by applying industry best practices and aligning with company requirements.
• Manage the inventory and archiving of contracts, which includes uploading existing contract data into the implemented CLM.
• Integrate data from various sources and methodologies into a unified, consistent format.
• Act as the primary contact for Compliance and Legal regarding contract actions and general inquiries.
• Supervise and update contract process documentation to ensure compliance across the enterprise.
• Support the evaluation and negotiation of vendor Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) regarding SLAs, Information Security, payment terms, and other critical elements.
• Facilitate the routing of agreements for review and/or signature according to established company procedures.
• Analyze and update contract-action metadata for thoroughness and precision.
• Gather the necessary information and submit vendor add/change requests to establish suppliers, including direct communication with vendors.
• Diagnose the reasons behind inconsistencies in contract-related metadata.
• Provide reports on contract performance, costs, SLAs, and breaches.
• Address ad hoc requests for executed agreements.
• Create and manage reports related to contract actions and expenditure metrics.
• Deliver periodic executive reports that compare spending analysis, actual terms, contract terms, and budget.
• Coordinate the development and management of vendor relationships.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience or an equivalent combination of training and relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of contracting or paralegal experience.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems, such as Gatekeeper.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in negotiating and monitoring Contract SLAs and Information Security.
• Ability to engage, communicate, and effectively influence at all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of all contractual terms (both legal and commercial).
• Familiarity with relational databases and the ability to work within them effectively.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, responsive to team needs, and takes ownership of work outputs.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
