Senior Contract Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Partner with internal stakeholders to assess, draft, and negotiate contracts for clinical research initiatives.

• Ensure contracts comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Evaluate contract terms, conditions, and obligations to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.

• Offer guidance and support to project teams regarding contract interpretation, compliance matters, and contractual rights and obligations.

• Maintain precise and organized records of contracts.

• Monitor key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes, procedures, and best practices.

• Enhance contract management efficiency and mitigate potential risks.

• Mentor colleagues and provide guidance in contract management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

• Prior experience in contract administration, negotiation, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sectors.

• Strong grasp of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Exceptional analytical abilities and skill in interpreting complex contractual provisions.

• Capability to identify potential contractual challenges or opportunities.

• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 5% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
