This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic group of creatives, leveraging your expertise to enhance the quality of our output.
• Serve as a pivotal creative voice in our expansion efforts into Canada, ensuring that content resonates with local culture, tone, and market context across all platforms and interactions.
• Ensure that every asset is designed to succeed and adheres to guidelines, including responsible gaming standards, offer disclaimers, age-gating, and Canadian regulatory requirements across various provinces.
• Manage the production of impactful content across social media, user-generated content, and influencer channels. Meet deadlines, stay within budgets, and create work that truly engages audiences.
• Travel to and produce campaign shoots, bringing creative ideas to life on location.
• Identify, mentor, and expand a network of content creators, emphasizing Canadian voices who can authentically represent the Hard Rock Digital brand in vertical, mobile-first formats.
• Be involved in editing short-form videos, creating reels, mock-ups for stories, and generating assets linked to timely events such as live games, significant wins, or new market entries.
• Work closely with Creative and Marketing leadership to convert offers, promotions, and campaign briefs into content strategies that resonate with Canadian audiences.
• Analyze content performance metrics to refine creative output, test new formats, and adapt swiftly based on effective strategies.
• Manage production budgets, negotiate deals with creators, and optimize expenditure.
• A minimum of 5 years in a creative production capacity, preferably with experience in brand or digital marketing and short-form video content.
• Extensive knowledge (or strong interest) in iGaming, sports betting, or casino content, with experience in Canadian markets being a significant advantage.
• A portfolio rich in mobile-first, short-form video content, particularly TikToks, Reels, and story-first formats.
• Proven experience in scaling influencer or UGC initiatives across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram.
• Proficient in interpreting content performance data to guide creative decisions and iterations.
• Well-informed about platform nuances and trends across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and beyond – you understand what works and why.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Bonus points for experience with Figma or Photoshop.
• Familiarity with AI-driven content tools, including video and image generation platforms (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney) as well as AI-enhanced editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Topaz Video AI).
• Comfortable utilizing AI to streamline production workflows, generate creative variations, and stay ahead of emerging content formats.
• Ability to collaborate with legal and compliance teams in a regulated sector, with knowledge of (or willingness to learn about) Canadian gaming regulations.
