This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of how content enhances brand authority, speeds up the pipeline, and shapes the perspective on the future of the web.
• Determine the content to create and the timing for its release.
• Produce original research that supports category claims.
• Oversee the visibility strategy for search and AI-driven discovery.
• Manage the content strategy by translating business priorities into a detailed content plan.
• Deliver research reports quarterly, each based on proprietary data with a defensible perspective.
• Develop strategies to excel in traditional search and AI-driven discovery.
• Over 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, preferably in enterprise SaaS or technology.
• Proven history of producing original research reports—multiple releases with measurable effects on brand authority and pipeline.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills; able to clearly convey complex topics to a sophisticated enterprise audience.
• Practical AI fluency—regularly use AI agents and LLM tools, with specific examples of how you’ve built or applied them.
• Strong conviction in measurement—you can identify the appropriate metrics for content at this stage and report on them comprehensively.
• Experience in marketing to CMOs, CTOs, or CIOs.
• Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Parse.ly for pipeline and attribution reporting.
• Experience in leading content strategy within a contractor-heavy or hybrid in-house/contractor environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
