This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and take charge of the content strategy throughout the entire funnel, from top-of-funnel thought leadership to bottom-of-funnel enablement.
• Create and oversee the editorial calendar.
• Supervise freelancers and agency collaborators to scale content while ensuring high-quality standards.
• Manage website content, encompassing AEO/GEO strategy, keywords, and metadata.
• Maintain key website pages to ensure they are current, useful, and effective for pipeline generation.
• Oversee the relationship with paid media, including ad copy and creative for newsletters, social media, and other paid channels.
• Ensure that paid placements align with the brand voice and yield measurable results.
• Craft email copy and take ownership of nurture-campaign content.
• Transform long-form content into prospect-nurturing sequences.
• Write and edit major long-form reports, category-defining narratives, and press releases.
• Ensure content drives traffic, generates pipeline, and is utilized by the Sales team.
• Maintain a strong, opinionated brand voice that is straightforward, occasionally humorous, and never superficial.
• Report directly to the Director of Marketing.
• Serve as a key stakeholder for Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing a content function, covering strategy, budget, and reporting.
• Outstanding writing and editing abilities, supported by relevant samples.
• Experience with A/B testing and content personalization techniques.
• Capability to use data to enhance content performance.
• Practical experience with SEMrush and Google Analytics.
• Ability to convert analytics data into actionable decisions.
• Comfort with thoughtfully integrating AI tools into the workflow.
• Strong perspectives on effective content strategies, with a willingness to experiment with different content types.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Familiarity with IT/Cloud personas is a plus.
• Background in journalism or editorial work is advantageous.
• Experience with Webflow is a nice addition.
• Background in video content strategy is a plus.
