📋 Description

• Develop short-form content from start to finish, including identifying key moments in raw footage, editing, creating hooks, captions, and formatting for various platforms.

• Review streams, tournament videos, and content from ambassadors and partners to find dramatic, tense, or humorous hands and reactions.

• Create a repository of usable material for current and future projects.

• Collaborate on structural briefs that address hooks, pacing, and placement of payoffs.

• Implement feedback from weekly performance evaluations into future edits.

• Offer stronger structural ideas when applicable.

• Generate content across consistent formats and series while ensuring both consistency and freshness.

• Assist with campaign and promotional materials for tournament series, product launches, and partner collaborations.

• Oversee the editing pipeline and consistently meet deadlines in accordance with the content calendar.

• Utilize AI and advanced editing tools to enhance speed and quality without sacrificing craftsmanship.

• A portfolio showcasing short-form content that has gone viral or achieved significant reach, preferably in the iGaming, poker, or related industries, complete with verifiable performance metrics.

• Ability to articulate the elements that contributed to the success of content.

• In-depth knowledge of poker and an understanding of what captivates poker audiences.

• Capability to identify valuable hands, coolers, bluffs, and reactions.

• Proficiency in sourcing content independently from raw footage, including extensive streams or tournament recordings.

• Familiarity with hooks, pacing, payoff placement, sound design, and captions.

• Awareness of the differences in platform formats and audience expectations.

• Skill in producing content quickly and in high volume while maintaining quality standards.

• Competence in managing an editing pipeline in alignment with a content calendar.

• Proficiency with modern editing tools and AI technologies.
