Senior Content Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop captivating content that facilitates both documentation and training for Acumatica ERP.

• Produce clear and thorough documentation for assigned functional areas of Acumatica ERP, ensuring strict compliance with corporate style guidelines and team protocols.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation in line with software releases.

• Update legacy content to conform to current standards and best practices.

• Design and create training courses and skill assessments to enhance the product knowledge of various learner personas.

• Utilize AI-assisted tools to boost the efficiency and quality of content creation.

• Partner with subject matter experts to pinpoint user scenarios and identify information gaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in English, technical writing, communications, or computer science, or equivalent credentials (preferred).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or instructional design within the software industry, ideally with Acumatica ERP or other ERP systems (required).

• Proficiency in using AI-assisted writing, editing, research, or productivity tools to facilitate technical content development, instructional design, or content analysis (required).

• Knowledge in any of the industries that Acumatica focuses on (preferred).

• Previous teaching or training experience (preferred).
