This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Delivering strategic leadership and direction to establish GeForce as the leading gaming platform in the industry.
• Collaborating with our AIC/OEM partners in the local market regarding their sales forecasts and plans for distributors, while managing programs and incentives to ensure partners reach their objectives.
• Identifying and appointing a distributor for NVIDIA branded products, ensuring they meet all requirements and sales goals.
• Creating and executing impactful end-user demand generation programs to enhance NVIDIA product and brand preference, along with driving sales growth.
• Coordinating with operations to ensure the distributor maintains adequate inventory and credit performance, taking necessary steps to resolve potential issues related to NVIDIA branded products.
• Partnering with Marketing to develop channel promotions and activities, providing essential input to secure distributor and retailer support for key initiatives.
• Cultivating relationships and leveraging key gaming ecosystem partners and vendors to enhance GeForce preference within the country.
• Planning and organizing events, including gaming tournaments, product launches, and training programs for dealers and end users.
• Pursuing partnerships and collaborations with other game developers, PC component vendors, and consumer companies interested in the gaming industry.
• Collaborating with the Community Manager to promote advocacy and preference for GeForce as the preferred PC platform among gamers.
• Advocating NVIDIA's interests with government agencies and associations to support responsible gaming and E-sports.
• Over 5 years of senior sales and marketing experience in IT or consumer products, demonstrating proven success in sales management, distributor engagement, and team leadership.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is essential, ideally from a prestigious university; an MBA or comparable credentials would be advantageous.
• Prior professional experience with IT retail companies, telecommunications providers, and gaming-focused organizations is a plus.
• A strong passion and commitment to PC gaming and the industry are vital.
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous but is not a requirement.
• Strategic and visionary thinking is essential.
• Ability to effectively present and engage with senior and executive management.
• Possess maturity, intelligence, and negotiation skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities are required.
• Capable of working collaboratively with others.
