This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Define and spearhead the national oncology commercial strategy across enterprise health systems and strategic accounts.
• Align oncology sales goals with the broader business strategy and organizational priorities.
• Identify, prioritize, and pursue high-value enterprise opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Act as the executive sponsor for key national oncology accounts and partnerships.
• Develop and sustain relationships with C-suite executives across health systems, IDNs, and oncology service lines.
• Facilitate enterprise-level agreements, standardization, and multi-site adoption of oncology solutions.
• Supervise the creation of strategic account plans led by National Strategic Directors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of National Strategic Directors responsible for enterprise oncology accounts.
• Establish accountability for opportunity development, pipeline management, and execution.
• Ensure cohesion between national strategy and regional/divisional sales teams.
• Oversee the identification and advancement of complex, top-down oncology opportunities across key accounts.
• Direct executive-level engagement strategies that encompass diagnostics, precision oncology, and advanced solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, IT, and other departments to align go-to-market strategies.
• Translate national opportunities into scalable execution plans across regions and field sales teams.
• Eliminate organizational barriers to expedite deal progression and implementation.
• Oversee the commercialization of the complete oncology portfolio, which includes specialty and advanced diagnostics, precision oncology and molecular solutions, as well as oncology informatics and digital integration capabilities.
• Manage national oncology pipeline visibility, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Drive disciplined sales processes, pipeline governance, and reporting practices.
• Assess and continuously enhance sales effectiveness, tools, and methodologies.
• Meet revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of progressive healthcare sales experience, encompassing oncology, diagnostics, or related fields.
• 8 years of leadership experience managing high-performing commercial or strategic account teams.
• Proven track record in selling complex, enterprise-level solutions to health systems and C-suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, multi-site, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Ability to align commercial strategy with enterprise business objectives.
• Strong market insight and capability to anticipate industry shifts.
• Exceptional skills in engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
• Executive presence complemented by strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Expertise in solution-based selling within complex healthcare environments.
• Ability to identify and unlock new growth opportunities.
• Proven capacity to build, coach, and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong collaborator across various functions and organizational levels.
• Strong operational discipline in pipeline management and forecasting.
• Focus on data-driven decision-making and performance management.
• Travel expected to be 25%-35% with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
