This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Execute, configure, automate, develop, and provide ongoing support for the B2B Sales CRM initiative.
• Convert functional requirements into Salesforce solutions, emphasizing declarative configuration and developing as needed.
• Utilize VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and GitHub for version control and multi-environment deployments.
• Configure and manage Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, validation rules, and formula fields.
• Oversee profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, field-level security, queues, and assignment rules.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for operational, commercial, and management oversight.
• Design and implement Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, test classes, batch/scheduled Apex, SOQL queries, and LWC when applicable.
• Implement and support REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Analyze debug logs and resolve defects in QA, UAT, and post-go-live environments.
• Manage metadata retrieval, validation, and deployment across Dev → UAT → Prod.
• Support the functional and technical workflow for supplier claims and the relationship between supplier, account, contact, case, and opportunity.
• Assist with commercial stages, SLA/milestones, and self-service portal processes when relevant.
• Provide technical assistance and documentation to the TPO, BA, QA, and Architect.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce.
• At least 2 years in Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Experience in real projects involving advanced flows, business rules, custom objects, permissions, and reports.
• Proficiency with Apex, triggers, SOQL, and test classes in at least one full cycle: implementation, QA/UAT, and go-live.
• Experience in version control and deployments using VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and GitHub.
• Knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, advanced Flow Builder, and Approval Processes.
• Familiarity with objects such as Account, Contact, Case, Opportunity, Task, Event, and Custom Objects.
• Understanding of Reports & Dashboards.
• Basic/intermediate knowledge of LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, and Debug Logs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CLI, VS Code, Git, GitHub, and Change Sets.
• Experience with Gearset/Copado is desirable.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant certifications are preferred.
• Contractor mode.
