Senior Consulting Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Oversee several medium to large-scale projects or programs simultaneously.

• Direct the execution and successful completion of all consulting services for clients.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget while exceeding customer expectations.

• Facilitate communication among account and project team members, and lead project review discussions.

• Convert project scope and vision into explicit objectives for the team.

• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and control tools utilizing standard PM and PSA software.

• Adhere to internal reporting standards and practices.

• Conduct project plan analysis, assess risks, and formulate risk mitigation strategies.

• Assist in sales and business development by drafting and/or reviewing proposals, writing scopes of work, and estimating delivery and resource needs for solutions.

• Build robust relationships with clients and stakeholders while maintaining efficient communication channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in a professional services or consulting setting.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.

• PMP / PMI certification or equivalent qualifications.

• Proven ability to lead a team in achieving project goals and delivering projects that are ready for production within cost and schedule constraints.

• Demonstrated experience working within a cross-functional team of technical specialists, sales personnel, subject matter experts, and other project managers.

• Proficiency in reviewing and drafting scopes of work, project documentation, and delivering presentations.

• Exhibits coaching and leadership abilities, along with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
