Senior Consultant/Architect – SAP CX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development of digital customer relationship strategies

• Implementation of technological solutions in sales and customer service

• Consulting at eye level within the SAP environment of the Sales and Service modules

• Creation of customer-centric CRM solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Service

• Responsibility for customizing SAP CX solutions (Sales & Service Cloud)

• Formulation of strategies, business cases, and actionable recommendations for clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Administration, (Business) Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field

• At least 3 years of relevant professional or project experience in agency, consulting, or enterprise environments

• Solid consulting and technical experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP Sales & Service Cloud (including V2)

• Ideally, experience with SAP S/4HANA, FSM, and CPQ

• Passion for sales with a strong understanding of the necessary systems, data, and core processes in Marketing, CRM, and Customer Service within the context of Digital Commerce

• Confident demeanor with strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills

• Fluent communication in German and very good communication skills in English

• Current SAP certifications are a significant advantage.
