This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Lead life sciences clients in the swift configuration of Vault Safety.
• Offer subject matter expertise in Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance for clients and project teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer communication, managing interactions between the project team, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze client requirements and assist in the solution design and architecture of Vault Safety.
• Critically assess business needs to provide advice and design solutions that ensure customer success, facilitating adoption and alignment of processes with system design and functionality.
• Collaborate with clients and contribute to system design workstreams (e.g., requirements gathering, configuration, validation, migration, integration, training).
• Troubleshoot issues and implement configuration changes within the system.
• Define the client’s business deployment plans, key performance indicators, and post-live governance strategies.
• Act as a liaison for clients, overseeing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams.
• Guide clients in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs aimed at achieving holistic customer success.
• Drive change management methodologies for clients transitioning from on-premise to SaaS solutions.
• Mentor project team members and junior consultants.
• Over 8 years of experience in implementing, supporting, or administering core business and IT operations-related technology solutions.
• Familiarity with safety databases such as ARISg (LifeSphere), ARGUS, and/or other GxP software solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes and regulations.
• Demonstrated success in leading implementation and/or maintenance initiatives as a consultant, business analyst, IT lead, and/or business sponsor.
• Proven experience in guiding teams through challenging decisions and negotiating compromises.
• Background in a consulting and/or customer-facing role.
• Established ability to manage a diverse range of clients and/or stakeholders.
• Capacity to quickly comprehend client requirements and develop corresponding solution designs.
• Self-motivated individual with a proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, understanding and translating business requirements into effective solutions.
• Ability to excel in an ambiguous/start-up environment as the business evolves and scales.
• University degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
