
Senior Consultant – Veeva RIM, Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist in staying current and implementing new functionalities within the Veeva Vault Regulatory Suite.
• Collaborate closely with customer business and IT personnel to grasp their requirements.
• Employ critical thinking to help design the solutions that customers request, as well as those they may need but haven't asked for.
• Serve as the customer liaison, facilitating communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams.
• Support customers in adopting Vault and best practices in the industry as part of post-implementation programs aimed at the overall success of the customer.
• Lead change management initiatives for customers transitioning from on-premise to SaaS solutions.
• Strong experience in configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions, preferably in content management software.
• Background in a consulting and customer-facing role, effectively managing customer expectations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong comprehension and translation skills.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• This is a full-time remote position with Veeva. Eligible candidates must have legal authorization to work in Europe. Veeva Systems does not foresee providing sponsorship for employment visa status for this role.
