Senior Consultant – Talent Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the output of Consultants and offer constructive feedback.

• Oversee the successful completion of engagements, managing every aspect of the project.

• Perform thorough analysis and provide solutions for both internal and external clients.

• Achieve revenue targets.

• Comply with engagement budget limitations and fulfill assigned tasks within the specified timeframe.

• Engage in business development initiatives, which may include memberships in relevant organizations (such as alumni associations, chambers of commerce, networking groups, etc.) or maintaining regular business connections with peers who are capable or may eventually be able to refer potential engagements and cross-serving opportunities.

• Other duties as assigned.

• A Bachelor's degree.

• Three years of experience in a related field.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Strong presentation skills are essential.

• Must have strong analytical abilities.

• Proficient in the use of relevant technology.

• Proven capability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all levels of an organization, internally and externally.

• Willingness to travel based on the needs of clients and the business.
