Senior Consultant – Sustainability Services – ESG Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide professional services in the development of reporting projects and the construction of sustainability strategies.

• Identify and prioritize stakeholder groups.

• Design and execute engagement and consultation processes with stakeholders.

• Develop dual materiality assessments, considering both impact and financial aspects.

• Create business and/or sustainability strategies, including the definition of KPIs.

• Monitor ongoing projects related to sustainability strategies and sustainability or integrated reports.

• Prepare sustainability reports and integrated reports in alignment with GRI and SASB standards.

• Participate in the verification processes of non-financial information KPIs under ISAE 3000 standards.

• Contribute technical knowledge in IFRS S1 and S2 standards.

• Develop content with a strategic focus, ensuring clarity, synthesis, and alignment with corporate communication objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

• Strong command of the following standards and frameworks: GRI, SASB, TCFD, TNFD, IFRS/NIIF, particularly S1 and S2, ISAE 3000.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Excellent writing, synthesis, and content structuring abilities.

• Knowledge of corporate communication applied to content positioning strategies.

• Ability to work in an organized, autonomous, and collaborative manner.

• Previous experience in consulting and managing sustainability projects will be highly valued.
