This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Power Business Unit and external joint venture partners.
• Assist in the daily management and coordination of joint venture initiatives, ensuring they align with corporate goals.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships among partners, including both internal and external stakeholders.
• Take the lead in preparing and facilitating Board meetings.
• Work closely with the Program Management Office (PMO) and executive stakeholders to create materials, briefings, and updates.
• Ensure preparedness for monthly Board discussions where the joint venture is a critical topic.
• Offer governance support and provide guidance on board processes and best practices.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and lead coordinator for the annual budgeting process.
• Guide the initial full-cycle budget process under the new majority ownership.
• Develop and improve processes where none existed before; ensure clarity, structure, and adherence to execution discipline.
• Represent the Power BU in budgeting discussions to ensure alignment with corporate financial processes.
• Collaborate with key internal teams such as the Strategic Realization Office, Legal, Finance, and other corporate functions.
• Over 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or corporate strategy roles.
• Strong comprehension of board governance processes and executive-level communication.
• Previous experience in creating Board PowerPoint presentations and managing budgets is essential.
• Previous experience in the power industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of supporting budgeting cycles, financial planning, or corporate processes.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management with the ability to influence across various functions and levels.
• Experience in high-visibility, fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Capability to build and implement processes from the ground up.
• Strong collaboration abilities and comfort in working within high-transparency environments.
