This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be instrumental in executing ServiceNow projects within our Digital Engagement sector for our clients as well as for those beyond our current client portfolio.
• A degree in a technology-related discipline or significant experience in the IT sector.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly in modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, IRM, SecOps, HRSD, or as a developer.
• Capability to manage stakeholders effectively and perform under tight deadlines.
• A demonstrated history of successfully delivering technical projects within the ServiceNow framework.
• Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow certification (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD); familiarity with ITIL terminology; foundational understanding of project management and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Design Thinking); and experience with JavaScript, relational databases, and/or web technologies.
• Excellent proficiency in German (alternatively, very good proficiency in English).
• Strong team spirit in international settings and a high degree of customer focus.
• Willingness to travel to establish and nurture client relationships.
• Participation in ServiceNow-centered projects.
• Collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, and defining integration needs.
• Development of technical solutions at the system architecture level.
• Proactive identification of opportunities to continuously optimize the ServiceNow platform.
• Keeping an extensive understanding of the platform's capabilities and serving as a subject matter expert.
