Senior Consultant, SAP Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collect customer requirements and swiftly become acquainted with specific customer needs.

• Assume responsibilities for subprojects and project management.

• Manage projects independently.

• Offer expert support to customers as part of a collaborative team.

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for enhancing business processes and their IT integration.

• Actively engage in acquisition initiatives.

• Create functional specifications for the company’s product development efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related technical field, preferably with a focus on real estate, or an equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the real estate industry.

• Extensive SAP knowledge in mapping real estate business processes.

• Required experience with modules such as PS, PM, MM, RE-FX, or Finance.

• Proven track record of independently delivering several relevant SAP projects within the real estate sector.

• Ability to independently gather and analyze customer-specific requirements and convert them into effective solutions.

• Confidently present functional topics to customers, prepare decisions, and autonomously organize and advance assignments.

• Detail-oriented and self-directed working style with a strong commitment to quality.

• Team-oriented and service-driven approach, coupled with a confident and professional demeanor in customer interactions.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in German.

• Proficient in English.

• Skilled in MS Office applications.

• Experience as a consultant able to quickly take on functional responsibilities and contribute effectively to customer projects without extensive onboarding.
