This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Provide guidance and assistance to clients in the digital transformation of their procurement processes, leveraging strategic, centralized SAP technologies like the next-generation SAP Ariba.
• Enhance clients' end-to-end procurement workflows in collaboration with your team.
• Direct (sub-)projects aimed at converting existing systems into a modern SAP Ariba environment.
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from fit-to-standard analysis through to developing a roadmap and implementing the new system.
• Anticipate client needs and actively participate in the ongoing enhancement of the team's service offerings.
• Position consulting services within the market, identify potential opportunities, and pursue them with the assistance of your mentor.
• Work alongside IT and business colleagues to devise solutions for specific challenges.
• Cultivate professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to guarantee the successful delivery of proposed solutions.
• A completed university degree with over 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in management consulting.
• Experience in consulting for SAP implementation or optimization projects within the SAP procurement domain.
• Ideally, have led initial projects in S/4HANA or SAP Ariba settings.
• Proficient in one or more of the following areas: SAP Ariba Guided Buying, SAP Ariba Sourcing, SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Management, and S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement.
• Strong comprehension of cross-functional procurement processes, along with experience in AI-supported solutions or a keen interest in developing such solutions.
• Possess analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with a practical understanding of the feasibility of technical requirements.
• Take initiative to drive topics forward and actively contribute to the growth of the team.
• Eager to broaden skills to encompass additional SAP procurement solutions in the future.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Open to regular travel to client sites, based on project requirements.
