This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and execute change strategies in transformation projects, particularly within SAP environments, emphasizing sustainable user adoption.
• Convert change objectives into organized enablement and adoption strategies that span systems, processes, and user demographics.
• Design, manage, and implement Digital Adoption Platforms like WalkMe, Whatfix, and Userlane.
• Create and ensure quality for in-app assets that include walkthroughs, tooltips/SmartTips, hotspots, and contextual assistance.
• Oversee end-to-end enablement processes, encompassing target-group segmentation, content lifecycle management, testing, go-live coordination, and evaluation of adoption KPIs.
• Introduce, manage, and continuously enhance learning solutions within LMS/LXP frameworks.
• Craft modern enablement and learning methodologies, including AI-driven personalization and learning analytics.
• Adhere to user experience and WCAG accessibility standards in learning materials and in-app guidance.
• Perform stakeholder analyses, facilitate alignment workshops, execute targeted communication initiatives, and conduct enablement sessions in both German and English.
• Collaborate with HR development, IT, and various business units.
• Contribute to governance regarding enablement content, quality benchmarks, and translations.
• Several years of experience in Organizational Change Management related to technology or ERP-driven transformation projects, preferably in SAP, with a strong emphasis on user adoption.
• Experience in conceptualizing and operationally utilizing Digital Adoption Platforms such as SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, Whatfix, and Userlane.
• Responsibility for generating productive in-app guidance content.
• Involvement in at least one comprehensive enablement or adoption initiative from the change concept stage through to rollout and evaluation of adoption KPIs.
• Hands-on experience in LMS/LXP environments, including course structures, learning paths, assignments, and reporting.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, and Kotter.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles.
• Pragmatic, implementation-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication abilities, empathy, and confidence in engaging with stakeholders.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Keen interest in modern enablement and learning methodologies, including AI-driven concepts, user experience, and WCAG accessibility.
