Senior Consultant – Safety, Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Support clients in adopting best practices throughout implementation and post-implementation initiatives to ensure their overall success.

• Remain updated on best practices within the Pharmacovigilance sector and provide actionable insights.

• Possess technical skills and a readiness to engage hands-on in designing solutions and configuring changes that address customer requirements.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including customer business and IT personnel, to grasp their needs.

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from the customer side.

• Contribute to the creation and distribution of thought leadership content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or other related disciplines.

• A strong foundation in Life Sciences, particularly with a focus on the Drug Safety sector.

• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing position, managing expectations, navigating challenging discussions, and delivering presentations or demonstrations.

• A solid understanding of technologies utilized in Pharmacovigilance, especially Veeva Vault applications (e.g., SafetyDocs, Safety, Workbench, Signal).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to travel as required by the business.

• Ideally, direct experience with Argus or other drug safety applications is preferred.

• Familiarity with computer systems validation requirements, adhering to a GxP system development lifecycle.
