This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of client projects independently, overseeing all phases from planning to implementation while ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Engage in requirements engineering by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements, designing use cases, and facilitating implementation support.
• Provide consulting services focused on process improvement and organizational strategies, emphasizing digitalization, automation, and agile structures.
• Discover new opportunities and create innovative solutions for clients.
• Assist in the development of progressive concepts tailored for client needs.
• Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Vocational training as an insurance clerk or a relevant degree in fields such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Insurance Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Requirements Engineer within the insurance industry, preferably with a specialization in private health insurance.
• Proficiency in requirements engineering and management methodologies (e.g., IREB).
• Familiarity with business process management (BPM), digitalization, workflow management, or Lean Management principles.
• Competence in designing complex insurance processes efficiently and ensuring their sustainable implementation.
• Possession of certifications such as IREB or other qualifications in Operational Excellence is advantageous.
• Capacity to work autonomously and manage projects effectively.
• Demonstrated empathy, creativity, and a solution-oriented approach.
