Senior Consultant, Public Sector – HRIS (M/F)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Engage in strategic initiatives within the public sector

• Assist stakeholders in upgrading HRIS systems

• Take part in extensive migration projects

• Enhance HR processes for improved efficiency

• Offer user support and guidance

• Develop tailored Business Objects queries

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in the public sector

• Proficiency in AMOA (Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage — functional/project owner support)

• Familiarity with HRIS systems (such as HRa Suite, BO (Business Objects), ESTEVE, etc.)

• Capability to facilitate business workshops and draft requirement specifications

• Certification in responsible digital practices is an advantage
