Senior Consultant – Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• In your role as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of SAP Business One implementations for our clients throughout the Nordic region.

• You will act as a trusted advisor and technical specialist, guiding clients from the initial scoping phase to full deployment, while ensuring that each project is completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with their business goals.

• You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive ERP projects, which includes project planning, cost estimation, scoping, and requirements gathering during the product's implementation and deployment phases.

• You will proactively monitor, manage, and report on the progress of deliverables.

• You will identify, analyze, and assess customer requirements while providing product expertise, establishing optimized technical and functional designs throughout the implementation project to fulfill the customer's business objectives.

• You will collaborate closely with the project stakeholders in a team-oriented environment to ensure successful implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of SAP Business One, including all core modules and core AddOns.

• Familiarity with SAP Business One integration options (Service Layer/Integration Framework) is an advantage.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP Business One.

• At least 7 years of experience in ERP.

• Broad experience with MS-SQL Server or HANA and Crystal Reports.

• Proven experience in developing and executing end-to-end projects, encompassing project planning, estimates, scoping, and requirements gathering during the product's implementation and deployment.

• Previous project leadership experience is advantageous.

• A background in finance or production/logistics.

• Proficiency in at least one of the Nordic languages.

• Fluent in English.
