This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and direct enterprise-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Create project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and accountability frameworks.
• Collaborate with executive and functional leaders to synchronize priorities, facilitate decision-making, and ensure successful project results.
• Conduct project meetings, working sessions, and discussions with stakeholders.
• Track project progress while proactively identifying risks, delays, resource limitations, and issues with stakeholder alignment.
• Generate executive-level project updates, dashboards, status reports, and briefings.
• Guarantee that leaders are kept informed about project status, key decisions, upcoming milestones, and areas needing attention.
• Ensure follow-up on action items, decisions, and commitments across various teams.
• Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, trackers, and reporting systems that enhance visibility and accountability.
• Assist in the prioritization, intake, and governance processes for new initiatives.
• Suggest and implement practical process enhancements that improve execution while avoiding unnecessary complexity.
• Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and support teams in overcoming obstacles to advance project progress.
• Aid organizational change initiatives by assisting teams in adopting new processes, workflows, and methodologies.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, business transformation, integration management, or a related area.
• Healthcare experience is necessary; experience in an ASC, physician practice, MSO, or healthcare services organization is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing intricate, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience working with executive leaders and influencing outcomes at all levels of an organization.
• Strong skills in project planning, organization, and execution.
• Capability to recognize risks, dependencies, decision points, and gaps in stakeholder alignment before they affect delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate uncertainty, foster alignment, and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Experience in creating and managing project plans, dashboards, trackers, status reports, and related project management tools.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive accountability among teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
• Healthcare experience required.
