Operations Project Manager – Marketplace Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist in defining the operational execution of assigned national and international tours within the EMEA region.

• Collect operational requirements from TM Music, local markets, and internal stakeholders.

• Create, review, and disseminate detailed tour specifications.

• Manage project timelines, milestones, and operational preparedness across various teams.

• Serve as the primary operational liaison for assigned tours throughout their duration.

• Ensure operational uniformity across different countries, platforms, and sales channels.

• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.

• Assist in post-onsale operational evaluations and initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Oversee event performance during critical onsales and aid in identifying, triaging, and escalating issues.

• Conduct operational quality assurance to confirm events meet specifications prior to onsale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Ticketmaster Host, Microflex, or Trium event management systems.

• Prior experience in a Client Account Manager (CAM), Event Programming (EP), or related operational role.

• Strong understanding of Ticketmaster's operational processes and event lifecycle management.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Fluent in written and spoken English is essential.

• Fluency in written and spoken French is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in Italian or other European languages is a plus.
