Project & Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the effective coordination and implementation of customer-specific projects within the Rail-Flow Transport Management Platform.

• Supervise, coordinate, and manage multiple customer-focused projects.

• Develop and sustain project and rollout plans while coordinating role assignments with management.

• Ensure project execution adheres to Rail-Flow standards, including setup and maintenance in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Atlas.

• Collaborate with the Implementation Manager to manage requirements, bugs, and change requests.

• Organize and facilitate client status meetings, steering committees, and release meetings.

• Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for project services through our finance team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, project management, business administration, IT, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in multi-project management, preferably in a logistics setting.

• Proficient knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Atlas).

• A hands-on approach when utilizing AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI assistants in Jira/Confluence, automated reporting).

• A keen interest in learning and applying AI-supported best practices in project rollout, communication, and documentation.

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong organizational skills, a high level of initiative, ability to perform under pressure, willingness to travel, and a team-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
