This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for all customer service requests (CSRs) that are under 500 hours.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive project schedules for initiatives that exceed 500 hours.
• Establish logical task relationships, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths within the project schedules.
• Ensure that schedules are in line with project objectives, contractual obligations, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate schedule reviews with Project Managers, technical leads, business stakeholders, and leadership teams.
• Facilitate discussions to resolve scheduling conflicts and guarantee the accuracy of schedules.
• Prepare and submit project schedules for client review and approval.
• Monitor schedule approvals and maintain documentation of approvals.
• Respond to client comments and feedback regarding schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to address client concerns and integrate approved modifications.
• Conduct weekly schedule review meetings with client stakeholders.
• Present metrics on schedule performance.
• Prepare and distribute Schedule Summary Reports.
• Track schedule-related action items until completion.
• Ensure that project tasks and activities are included in approved schedules.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in project scheduling, project management, PMO, or program controls.
• Proficient in developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of schedule management principles, critical path methodology, and dependency management.
• Experience working directly with clients and executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Preferred: PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification.
• Experience supporting programs in government, healthcare, Medicaid, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Preferred knowledge of schedule health metrics and Earned Value Management concepts.
