This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Salesforce and IT transformation initiatives, managing everything from scoping and planning to implementation and successful completion.
• Establish project goals, define the scope, create timelines, plan resources, and outline delivery strategies to ensure effective execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout all phases of the project.
• Manage diverse, cross-functional teams on an international scale, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and exceptional delivery in complex settings.
• Utilize project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and industry best practices to oversee risks, dependencies, and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure that solutions are in line with business objectives, operational workflows, and future scalability.
• Track project performance, budgets, timelines, and quality of delivery while actively identifying and addressing risks.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications to maintain transparency and alignment.
• Assist in crafting proposals, client presentations, demonstrations, and solution planning during pre-sales and business development efforts.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants and project team members to aid their professional growth.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that emphasizes ownership, continuous enhancement, and client impact.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancement, innovation, and additional value creation for clients.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Lead or Project Manager overseeing IT projects.
• Proven background as a functional lead or business analyst in Salesforce Sales, Service, or Commerce projects.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management and requirements engineering.
• Experience in the Consumer Goods (CG) sector is highly preferred.
• Solid grasp of IT project delivery processes (e.g., CRM, digital platforms, system implementations).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with working in remote and international settings.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Experience collaborating with large international consulting firms (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, Capgemini, or similar).
• Experience in multi-country project environments, effectively navigating both business and IT stakeholder landscapes.
• Extensive industry knowledge in retail, healthcare, and manufacturing.
• Agile delivery methodologies and cutting-edge technology to address complex business challenges.
• A global, remote-first culture, with team members located across Germany, Greece, Portugal, Switzerland, the UK, and beyond.
