This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Take charge of program delivery from initial discovery to final closure.
• Assist in shaping Civiteq’s methodologies.
• Foster the development of our personnel.
• Spot opportunities to enhance client relationships.
• Proven experience in program leadership and client delivery.
• Ability to lead intricate client programs as a trusted and credible advisor.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of programs in alignment with agreed Statements of Work.
• Conduct discovery and diagnostic work, formulating recommendations and delivery plans.
• Oversee program governance, which includes Program Boards and engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring high-quality results.
• Identify and advance follow-on opportunities with current clients.
• Extensive experience in leading complex programs in a consulting or delivery context.
• Demonstrated capability to operate at senior stakeholder and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) levels.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in managing program finances.
• Proven ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Confidence in leading teams and navigating challenging delivery environments.
• Exceptional leadership and people management abilities.
• Clear and credible communication skills at all levels.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Collaborative and values-driven approach.
• Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.
• Experience in public sector transformation and ERP programs is highly preferred.
