📋 Description

• Oversee the development of the strategic business case for defined programs, encompassing all projects or programs within execution and delivery scope.

• Accountable for defining and achieving benefits, objectives, and success criteria in accordance with the approved strategic business case.

• Responsible for collecting and documenting execution and delivery scope requirements within an overarching program charter or execution plan.

• Tasked with documenting lean methodologies, established processes, and procedures utilized for managing projects and programs throughout their lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation.

• Charged with producing and maintaining the comprehensive program framework/playbook, which includes the program execution plan and delivery methodology.

• Maintain tools and templates that align with the agreed-upon program execution plan and delivery methodology.

• Identify strategic portfolio and program stakeholders, sustain communication, influence stakeholder engagement, and gather necessary input.

• Analyze program risks and opportunities trends along with their respective cost and schedule implications.

• Establish a holistic approach to continuous improvements that incorporates strategic objectives and aligns with defined benefits and targets.

• Assist with the daily operational management of the team; as part of the leadership team, contribute to the attainment of our strategic goals.

• Act as or support the commission leads on our programs, including managing client relationships and commercial contractual arrangements.

• Facilitate the development of program processes and systems that allow for efficient data collection, management, and benchmarking.

• Ensure compliance with company regulations on all projects overseen by third-party Project Managers.

• Design and conduct training sessions, producing materials on new processes, changes, and efficiencies.

• Prepare monthly and ad hoc governance performance reports for diverse audiences.

• Promote service quality in all our operations.

• Inspire and motivate others to deliver exceptional client service.

• Assist in business development efforts with both new and existing clients, including writing bids.

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client liaison, ensuring that client objectives are achieved through our service delivery.

• Mentor and coach staff, aiding them in achieving professional designations and career advancement goals.

• Understand, identify, and cultivate cross-divisional ideas into valuable opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in program management, construction management, or Audit and Compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Strong attention to detail in service delivery, communication, and collaboration with others.

• Proven analytic and communication skills.

• Commercial awareness, including the capability to articulate business decisions within the broader context and market trends.

• Comfortable leading independently and working collaboratively as part of a team, with the ability to adapt to program needs.

• A strong desire to grow and evolve into more senior roles.

• Experience in business development, particularly in identifying opportunities with both existing and new clients.

• Proficient in data management software (e.g., Excel) and systems for data cleansing, management, analytics, and quality assurance.

• Demonstrated ability to balance task delivery with effective stakeholder engagement.

• Leadership experience in the conception, development, and execution of large programs is advantageous.

• Flexible schedule to meet client needs.

• Self-driven and reliable.

• Ability to prioritize workload and demonstrate organizational acumen.

• Experience in communicating and managing relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including design teams, client corporate real estate teams, and contractors.

• Capability to successfully compile and present program reports to clients, clearly articulating progress, changes, key risks, issues, and critical factors in a succinct manner.
