Senior Consultant – Professional Services, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Delivering technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support during the deployment of Falcon's AI-driven detection and response features.

• Assisting clients in maximizing the efficiency of AI-enhanced threat detection models and automated response processes.

• Adjusting and fine-tuning machine learning algorithms to minimize false positives while ensuring high detection performance.

• Creating and executing AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations.

• Resolving AI-related customer issues for organizations ranging from small to large enterprises.

• Developing scripting and application solutions utilizing Falcon APIs to improve AI functionalities.

• Collaborating closely with customers to decipher AI-generated alerts and findings.

• Utilizing CrowdStrike's AI capabilities to improve vulnerability prioritization and asset management strategies.

• Aiding clients in integrating Falcon's AI features into their current security tools and workflows.

• Supporting Incident Response teams with AI-driven threat hunting and forensic investigations.

• Designing and leading AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team.

• Collaborating with the Platform Professional Services team to create customer-facing AI materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 8 years of experience in IT deployments or within an end user/customer setting.

• In-depth understanding of AI and machine learning principles, especially in cybersecurity contexts.

• Strong knowledge of software deployment technologies.

• Highly knowledgeable in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.

• Experience with AI-driven security tools and platforms.

• Familiarity with data science concepts and their application in security operations.

• Proven experience with security automation and orchestration platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to foster collaborative relationships.

• Extensive experience presenting technical AI information to diverse audiences.

• Significant background in computer and network systems security.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to find solutions to complex and unique challenges.

• Proactive and meticulous in managing tasks and prioritizing customer initiatives.

• Experience mentoring team members.

• Some experience in leading teams to achieve project objectives.

• High motivation level; self-driven and results-oriented.

• Potential for travel and project assignments may be required.
