Senior Consultant, Process Improvement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of assigned work requests and business process consulting initiatives.

• Analyze and propose enhancements to business operations, services, and models focused on IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and AI and automation.

• Create process-oriented capabilities to boost organizational agility and adaptability to change.

• Conduct webinars and workshops on IT Service Management and ITIL-related subjects such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.

• Facilitate webinars and workshops on Project Portfolio Management topics including Project Management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Kanban), Project Request Evaluation, and Resource Management.

• Organize webinars and workshops on Conversational AI strategy and business process requirements to enhance and automate workflows.

• Execute TeamDynamix Work Management health assessments, reviewing configurations and usage while offering recommendations.

• Support clients in defining and documenting the essential processes required for the successful implementation of the TeamDynamix application.

• Provide personalized coaching on service management, PPM, and AI & Automation to business leaders within the TeamDynamix client community.

• Serve as a solutions architect by guiding and participating in the ongoing enhancement of internal processes, also acting as a subject matter expert for fellow members of the TeamDynamix Professional Services team.

• Participate in sales and marketing efforts by contributing to webinars, engaging in industry conferences/trade shows, and presenting at the annual TeamDynamix Converge.

• Aid in the development of best practices training materials for course and certification creation.

• Maintain courteous and professional communication with co-workers, management, clients, and others.

• Adhere to all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• A minimum of ten years of experience as a leader on project teams or processes.

• At least five years of experience as a leader on service management teams or processes.

• Capability to define business requirements and translate them into innovative solutions.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to effectively advise clients.

• Proficient in building and maintaining trusting client relationships.

• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.

• Preferred: Master’s degree.

• Preferred: Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, KCS, AI, or operational/process-based methodologies (e.g., Lean).

• Previous experience with TDX products.

• Experience in documenting and refining business processes.

• Prior exposure to or experience with Conversational AI best practices.
