Senior Consultant – Pharmacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee consulting initiatives to provide strategic, operational, and analytical solutions for clients.

• Create and implement project plans that are in line with timelines, budgets, and anticipated results.

• Examine and interpret intricate data sets to uncover trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

• Present findings and recommendations to client leadership and key stakeholders.

• Lead client meetings, discussions, and project updates.

• Cultivate and manage mid to senior-level client relationships while ensuring project expectations are met.

• Apply project management methodologies to steer work efforts and guarantee successful project completion.

• Recognize opportunities to improve products, services, tools, or methodologies within the functional area.

• Assist in business development initiatives by spotting potential upsell opportunities and working with senior team members.

• Contribute to the creation and dissemination of intellectual capital, best practices, and sample deliverables across the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in interpreting and presenting complex data insights to senior stakeholders.

• Proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Robust project management and organizational abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in facilitating client meetings and delivering presentations is preferred.

• Capacity to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and clients.

• Willingness to travel regularly and efficiently throughout the year to meet clients' needs and timelines.
