This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.
• Act as an instructor and expert on the operations of independent pharmacy stores.
• Work in partnership with the Business Coaching Coordinator and leadership to ensure effective coverage.
• Improve customer retention and engagement by fostering productive business relationships.
• Implement client-facing processes and manage coaching activities within the CRM system.
• Gather pharmacy data to generate reports and support portfolio development.
• Propel results by identifying essential customer needs and executing appropriate solutions.
• Oversee programs and communicate relevant information efficiently.
• Recognize weaknesses within pharmacy operations.
• Evaluate customer needs and categorize pharmacies accordingly.
• Facilitate in-store implementations and collaborate for effective execution.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the independent retail pharmacy market.
• Provide leadership with insights and suggestions for program management.
• Develop and implement new concepts as required.
• Represent business coaching initiatives at pertinent meetings and events.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% or more within the designated territory.
• A bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer sciences is required.
• At least seven (7) years of industry experience or directly related, progressively responsible experience is necessary.
• In-depth knowledge of the retail pharmacy sector, including its trends and challenges.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
• Capacity to actively listen and influence others.
• Advanced understanding of value, profit, and budget management.
• Proven track record of successful business strategies with a reputable image in the industry.
• Familiarity with product and customer service standards in the independent retail pharmacy sector.
• Strong analytical and probing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
