Senior Consultant, Organizational Excellence & Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assess current organizational and operational frameworks.

• Create organizational structures, governance models, and role definitions.

• Participate in AI transformation projects and evaluate their impact.

• Establish performance measurement systems and management dashboards.

• Prepare presentations and decision documents suitable for executives.

• Conduct workshops with senior stakeholders.

• Manage workstreams within broader transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in management consulting or a similar strategic in-house position.

• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Organizational design or transformation of operating models.

• Agile transformation.

• Performance management systems.

• Digital or AI transformation.

• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.

• A keen interest in technology and its implications for organizations.

• Strong communication skills in client-facing situations.

• Proficiency in both English and German.

• Ideally, you should also possess: Experience in large-scale or regulated environments.

• Certifications in agile, coaching, change, or transformation frameworks.

• A desire to contribute to the advancement of our practice.
