Senior Consultant – Organization Design, IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Analyzing B2B collaboration models and identifying risks

• Designing organizational solutions for IT companies

• Conducting workshops and meetings with management and HR departments

• Preparing recommendations regarding work organization, roles, and responsibilities

• Collaborating with experts in labor law, taxation, and compensation

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in HR or organizational consulting

• Experience with technology companies

• Familiarity with business models of IT firms (software house, outsourcing, managed services, body leasing)

• Ability to analyze processes and ask the right questions

• Proficiency in the English language
