Senior Consultant, Oracle HCM Recruiting and Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Accountable for leading the design, configuration, and execution of Recruiting and Onboarding workstreams within comprehensive lifecycle HCM implementations.

• Collect requirements, conduct fit/gap analyses, and design solutions.

• Manage system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post-go-live assistance.

• Act as a functional subject matter expert for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Onboarding.

• Collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to convert hiring and onboarding strategies into scalable Oracle solutions.

• Lead design workshops and assist during testing phases.

• Address functional issues and ensure seamless integration with Core HR, Talent, and Learning modules.

• Support reporting and analytics requirements.

• Create documentation and training resources.

• Guide junior team members and guarantee the high-quality execution of end-to-end candidate lifecycle solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in analyzing requirements, drafting functional specifications, performing tests, troubleshooting issues, and engaging with business users.

• 1-2 years of experience managing project workstreams with minimal supervision.

• Capability to creatively resolve complex problems with strong critical thinking.

• Strong analytical abilities combined with functional or technical expertise and practical experience with cloud-based enterprise solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey results and issues to internal and client teams.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required to collaborate with clients or other internal project teams.

• Canadian citizenship is necessary for TN visa travel to the U.S. as required.
