Senior Consultant, Marketing Automation & Lead Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of establishing, enhancing, and effectively managing lead management in client projects throughout the complete customer journey.

• You will craft lead strategies, scoring models, and nurturing workflows that significantly drive pipeline and revenue growth.

• In collaboration with Sales, you will outline MQL/SQL criteria, set SLAs for lead transitions, and coordinate regular alignment meetings between Marketing and Sales.

• You will pinpoint weaknesses within the funnel, proactively initiate optimization strategies, and assess their effects on conversion rates and pipeline expansion.

• You will oversee and refine marketing automation and CRM processes while promoting best practices in tooling.

• You will design data-driven segmentation and personalization strategies to continually enhance engagement throughout the customer journey.

• You will assess and adopt AI-supported methods, such as predictive scoring, automated segmentation, or personalized nurturing content.

• You will generate insightful reports and analyses for a diverse range of stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Several years of experience in lead management, marketing automation, CRM, or performance marketing.

• Practical experience with at least one widely-used marketing automation/CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).

• Strong analytical abilities with a capacity to derive actionable insights from data.

• Experience at the intersection of marketing and sales.

• A structured, self-motivated working approach and a passion for not just managing processes but enhancing them.

• An interest in AI advancements and a commitment to continuously questioning and refining workflows through automation and intelligent tools.
